Exposure Games (“Exposure Games,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a free, public resource operated by MyTherapy LLC, doing business as Bia (“Bia,” the “Company”) — the same company that operates the Bia phobia-recovery app at biajourney.com. Exposure Games and Bia are run by one company under one set of policies.

Exposure Games itself is an informational website. The interactive games on this site are provided by Bia and embedded here from biajourney.com. They run anonymously in your browser, require no account, and are not tied to your identity. If you choose to continue to Bia and create an account, Bia’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — which are this same company’s policies — also apply to your use of Bia.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Exposure Games website at exposuregames.com, including all guides, games, and other content and services we provide (the “Services”). Together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, they form a legally binding agreement between you and MyTherapy LLC d/b/a Bia. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Exposure Games does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The games and guides are educational and for self-reflection only. They are not therapy, not a substitute for professional evaluation, and only a qualified professional can diagnose a phobia or any other condition. Exposure work for a significant phobia is best done with support. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read or a result you received here. If you may be in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, highlight the change. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the Services

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you will not:

• copy, scrape, republish, or repurpose content from the Services — including the game catalog, whether by hand, by crawler, or for training data — except as expressly permitted;

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Services and their contents — including text, tools, graphics, design, and the Exposure Games and Bia names and logos — are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

Third-party services and links

The Services embed games provided by Bia and may link to third-party websites. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, operation, or policies. Your use of Bia and any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ALL CONTENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. WE ARE NOT DOCTORS AND DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, administered by JAMS under its applicable rules. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue directly.

Entire agreement and severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
